Vegan Sugar Free Cake Ingredients

Dry Ingredients – 3 cups of gluten-free oat flour, 1 and 1/2 cup of unsweetened cocoa powder, two teaspoons of baking soda, and 1/2 a teaspoon of salt.

Wet Ingredients – 1 1/4 cups of water, 1 cup non-dairy milk (almond milk or soy milk), 1/4 cup of coconut oil, 1/2 cup maple syrup, two teaspoons of vanilla extract.

Vegan Sugar Free Cake – Procedure

Once you have a hold of ingredients, start the procedure.

Step 1 – In a large bowl, add all your dry ingredients. You can add them directly but sifting the ingredients while adding can avoid lumps in your mixture.

Step 2 – In another bowl, add all your wet ingredients water, milk, coconut oil, brown sugar, maple syrup, and vanilla, and whisk them together very well. Make sure it is completely whisked together.

Step 3 – Add dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and whisk again. Mix very well until you get the perfect batter consistency.

Step 4 – Grease your baking pan with coconut oil and dust the entire pan with cocoa powder.

Step 5 – Pour your batter in the baking pan evenly. Please pick up the pan and tap it twice or thrice to make sure the batter is evenly spread.

Step 6 – Bake the cake for about 30 mins. The time could be a little different. You can check if the cake is completely baked by poking a toothpick in the cake. If the toothpick comes out clean, the cake is ready!

Step 7 – Do not instantly take the cake out of the baking pan. Place the pan on a rack until it’s completely cool.

Step 8 – After the cake is cooled down, slide your knife alongside the borders of your cake. Flip your baking cake pan, and the cake should pop right out. Flip the cake again to a plate.

Step 9 – Make the frosting.

Step 10 – Melt dark chocolate chips and add them to coconut cream. Mix well. Your vegan frosting is ready!

Step 11 – Pour this frosting on your cake.
