  • ½ cup diced walnuts
  • 1-cup quick-cooking oats
  • 1-cup raisin
  • 1 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • ½ cup of vegetable oil
  • Two eggs
  • 1tsp vanilla extract

Method

Preheat oven at 190 degrees centigrade. Combine dry ingredients, and then put leftover ingredients. The dough will be thin.
Put by teaspoon on cookies sheet. Bake for 10 to 20 minutes

  • 3tbsp powdered flax seeds
  • 9tbsp water, normal temperature
  • 2large overgrow banana
  • ½ cup coconut oil softened
  • 1teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 2-teaspoon cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • One ¾ cup rolled oats
  • ½ cup oat flour
  • 1 cup mixed nuts and seeds, Diced
  • 10-diced dates
  • Cooking spray

Method

Beat flax seed and water.keep it aside for 10 minutes. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F, Place big baking sheet with plain parchment paper and mist with cooking spray. Take a big bowl, make a pulp of bananas. Put coconut oil, vanilla, cinnamon, baking soda, and salt. Add the flaxseed mixture and mix it properly. Put oats and oats flour, Mix to combine. Put nuts and dry fruits, combine well.

Using ice-cream scoop keep batter on earlier prepared sheet and flatten with the back of scoop into big size cookies. Bake in batches for almost 20 minutes until nuts start turning brown. Take out from the oven and let it cool down for minute.shift on a cooling rack to cool down completely.
