Ingredients Required To Make Sugar Free White Chocolate Syrup

3 tablespoons of cocoa powder – obviously the white chocolate one

¼ th cup of heavy cream

¼ th cup of unsweetened vanilla almond milk

¼ tablespoon vanilla extract

⅛ to ¼ tablespoon xanthan gum (You can also skip this if you want)

How To Make The White Chocolate Syrup?

Pour the white chocolate powder, heavy cream, almond milk and vanilla extract into an average sized saucepan. Remember, you need to have enough space to be able to stir the syrup while it is being prepared.

Now place the saucepan on the gas and cook it in low heat until the chocolate powder has mixed evenly. Make sure that there are no lumps remaining or it can spoil the taste of your syrup. If you see lumps remaining, you can use a hand blender to blend the same in.

If you want a thicker texture of the syrup, pour in the xanthan gum in the syrup and continue with your stirring and cooking till you have reached your desired texture and thickness.

Now take the syrup off of the oven and let it cool down. Once done, pour it into an air tight container and keep it in the refrigerator for two hours.

Voila! Your sugar-free white chocolate syrup is ready! Now, you do not have to run to the store every time your child (or may be you) has chocolate cravings and can simply make something at home for them.

How Long Can You Store It?

Since this is a homemade chocolate sauce, we would ask you not to store it for more than two weeks. So, whenever you are making this, remember to make go over the board with the quantity or you might end up wasting it. And since it does not take too much time to be prepared, you can also make it just before preparing the dish.
