To make keto peanut butter cookies all you need is peanut butter, granulated sweetener of your choice it can be monk fruit in the raw or swerve will also work. These will give you the same consistency and taste as white sugar. And the third ingredient is egg or in case you do not want egg then you can use ground chia seeds. If you want to make it with egg then take a large whole egg and in case you want to make vegan cookies then you can use ground chia seeds. You do not need any mixing bowl to mix the ingredients or multiple dishes or blenders to blend anything. All you need is one bowl and a sturdy wooden spoon.

To prepare keto peanut butter cookies, first of all, you have to preheat the oven to 180C/350F. Take a large baking tray or Silpat cookie sheet and keep them aside.

Just take a mixing bowl to combine the ingredients and mix them well until it turns into a thick batter.

After preparing the batter properly, use a cookie scoop to make small balls of dough, make 12 small balls and then keep them on the lined pan. But when you place them do not place them very closely, give space and place them 2-3 inches apart. After placing the doughs correctly press each of them into a circular shape. Then press them down with a fork on each other.

Now you are ready to bake them, bake the cookies for 10-12 minutes until the edges of the cookies become golden. Once the cookies become golden, take them out from the oven and let them cool completely. After the cookies get cold, dip them in chocolate if you want, otherwise just have them and let the others have them as well.
