It a person starts with a sugar-free diet, then at the start, it would be beneficial, but slowly and gradually, the darker side of it will start getting up. As per the Public Health England suggests that a person should at the most consume 7 tsp cubes of sugar a day and should at least consume 3-4 tsp cubes of sugar a day.

Generally, nutritionists don’t suggest a sugar-free diet as sugar is the most necessary element for our body.
