1 cup gluten-free flour

1 cup sugar

3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

1 teaspoon baking soda

1/2 teaspoon baking powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 cup vegetable oil

2 eggs

1 cup water

1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Grease and flour an 8-inch cake pan.

2. Sift together the gluten-free flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Add the oil and eggs; mix well. Stir in the water. Pour batter into the prepared cake pan.
