  • 1 + 1/2 cup ground almonds/ almond flour ( Simply process almonds in a blender into a fine powder)
  • 1/2 Teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 cup sugar-free dark chocolate

Baking Procedure:

Add all the above-mentioned ingredients in a proper manner and prepare the dough. After that let the dough sit in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Now with the help of a spoon, place them on a silicon mat and bake them for 12 minutes in your oven, and your cookies are now ready! 

While the cookies are in the oven, make sure you keep an eye on them, as if they get roasted even a bit, that will spoil the taste.

Simple Oil Free – Gluten And Sugar-Free Chocolate Cookie

Ingredients:

  • 100g date
  • Boiled water
  • 80g Unsweetened applesauce
  • Full fat coconut oil – 150ml
  • Gluten-free flour- 200g
  • Cocoa powder – 25g
  • Vanilla – ½ teaspoon
  • Pinch of salt
  • Baking Soda – ½ teaspoon
  • Apple cider vinegar – ½ teaspoon
  • Or (Baking powder – ½ teaspoon)

Baking Procedure:

Soak the dates in hot water for 5 minutes, then add coconut oil in the applesauce with dates, blend until it gets smooth. Then with a pinch of salt, mix all the ingredients and prepare the dough, and cut the dough into different shapes. After that, place these cookies in the oven and bake for 20 minutes at 180 degrees celsius.

Check your cookies and if the texture feels a little bit hard, then your cookies are ready.
