1. Chickpea Cookie Dough

1 cup Chickpeas

1/3 cup Peanut Butter

1 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract

2 tbsp Agave Nectar

1/3 cup Chocolate Chips


Rinse the chickpeas and drain them; put them into the dough maker or the mixer. Give it a mix, and when it has reached the required thick consistency, add peanut butter, vanilla extract, and agave nectar to it and blend it so that all of the ingredients are mixed thoroughly. Now shift the mixture to a bowl and add chocolate chips to it. And here is your Chickpea cookie dough ready to eat!

2. Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough


1/3 cup Almond Flour

3 tbsp Confectioners

2 tbsp Chocolate Chips

1 tsp Vanilla Extract

3 tbsp Egg Beaters

And a pinch of salt


For this recipe, you need to add almond flour to a bowl then add the Splenda to it. Put a pinch of salt to it and vanilla extract too. Mix it a little so that the dry ingredients are mixed nicely. Now put the egg beaters into it; since egg beaters are pasteurized eggs (you need not worry about the dough being inedible) and mix it thoroughly. Lastly, add chocolate chips of whatever amount suits you, to the mixture, and here is your cookie dough fit to eat!

3. Cashew- Oatmeal Cookie Dough


Three scoops Vanilla

2 tbsp Coconut Oil

1/4 cup Coconut Flour

1/4 cup Stevia

1/4 cup Greek Yogurt

1/8 Dark Chocolate Chips

1/2 tsp Salt


This one is the simplest recipe of all. You firstly need to add all the ingredients except for chocolate chips in a bowl. Then when it is mixed, add the chocolate chips and continue mixing. And the dough is ready!

Final Tip

For all the above-mentioned recipes, use dairy-free chocolate chips or dark chocolate chips to cut the sugar.
